Payment Information

Deposits: 25% of Rental Rate

Payment Policies: At time of reservation Visa, Mastercard, or Discover used to pay 25% of rental rate plus $25 reservation fee. 45 days prior to arrival remainder plus security deposit is due.

Cancellations: Outside 90 days return 100% minus $125. Within 90 days please call office for more details. We do offer Travel Insurance for opportunity of a full return upon cancellation.

Arrival/Departure: Arrival time 4 PM and departure 10AM. If you require a later departure or earlier arrival please ask. We can at times approve modifications to our policy

Tax: 10.5% taxes apply
