These suites have the look of Key West cottages and face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. They share a partial Gulf View and are located within short walks of Historic Bridge Street, Anna Maria's best know restaurants and amenities, and across from the stunning Coquina Beach. Coquina Beach is a very long public stretch of White Sand Beach frequented by dolphins and known for its powdery sands and amazing shelling!
On the corner of 100 Fourth Street and Gulf Drive South, Anna Maria Island House is 2 only two miles north of Long Boat Key. Four blocks from the Cortez Bridge, it is also a short drive to Sarasota's and Florida's many other attractions. |

Deposits: 25% deposit, excluding taxes with reservation
Payment Policies: Balances are due 30 days before your arrival. We accept credit cards and personal checks within the United States.
Cancellations: For nightly and weekly rentals, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for early departures. For monthly rentals (or longer) a 60-day notice of cancellation is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you anticipate arrival after 6:00pm, please call our office to make arrangements. Checkout time is 10:00am. These times have been chosen in order to guarantee our guests a clean rental and avoid delays. We will work with you to accommodate exceptions whenever possible to help you maximize your vacation time on arrival and departure days, provided you make your requests with us in advance.
