| Other Comments: Wonderfully located building. IN the Heart of Siesta Key's Village. Park your car and walk everywhere. Very nicely decorated apartments, managed and cared for by owners. Very clean. Persons under age 25 must be accompanied by adult. The adult will provide a valid drivers license, ID or passport at check in for age/name verification. |

| My parents and my family stayed at this building in both their one and 2 bedroom apartments and just loved it. We will come back and vacation at "Next to the Best".
We've stayed at "Next to the Best" three times already and have never been disappointed. We will continue to vacation at this building.

We brought our entire family together for a family reunion, all 4 apartments, it was great. Everybody had their own apartment to escape to after fun filled days with the family in the sun. Loved the pool and grill, perfect.
We give "Next to the Best" high recommendations for a place to stay on Siesta Key. So very close to village and beach which was a big plus for all of us. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that are a plus for beachgoers. Washer and dryer; heated pool; beach chairs and more. Beds were comfortable and roomy and walk in closets were great. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how attentive the owners were to any of our needs. Deposits: $300 paid by personal check or Visa/MC for weekly
Payment Policies: Balance of rent due at check-in. Also at check-in we require a $300 refundable security deposit held in the form of your personal check. Rates are based on 4 persons in 2 bedroom apartment. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons with an additional charge of $75/person/week. Call or email for rates and occupancy on one bedroom apartments.
Cancellations: $25 cancellation fee. 60 days prior to arrival for full refund less fee. If we are able to re-rent the apartment for the reserved dates we will still refund the deposit, less the fee.
Arrival/Departure: 3 p.m. check-in. 10:00 a.m. check-out.
Tax: 11.5%
