RESERVATION PAYMENT: A 25% deposit of your total charge is required when booking a reservation and your remaining balance is due upon arrival. Thispolicy is excluded from Special Rates, full payments is due upon booking for discounted rates.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or traveler's checks. No personal checks are accepted.
Cancellations: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation made 31 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $185 fee. This will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining deposit will be refunded. The 25% deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made in the 31 days before arrival date. One week or less than a week before arrival, the full balance will be charged. No refunds for early departures.
Arrival/Departure: CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 3 PM at the Registration Office. Check-out time is 10 AM. at the time of registration, you will be provided with the check-out procedure.
