Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation Fee $200. If a reservation is canceled 61 days or more prior to arrival the guest will receive $300 of the $500 booking deposit. If the cancellation occurs 60 days or less prior to arrival the guest will forfeit 50% of the rent before taxes, unless we are able to re-rent the unit.
