Payment Information

Deposits: 1/16-4/30 ($800) & 5/1-1/15 ($400)

Payment Policies: Upon arrival, the remaining balance of the rent and tax is due. All rates are subject to applicable Florida Sales Tax. Payment can be made by cash, money order, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or traveler check in U.S. funds only.

Jan. 16 - Apr. 30 - $800 security deposit ($400 applied to prepaid rent), $400 will be refunded 30 days after departure

May 1 - Jan. 15 - $400 security deposit, refunded 30 days after departure

Cancellations: A 60-day cancellation prior to the date of arrival is required for a refund of deposit.

Arrival/Departure: Check-In time is 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.

Please notify the rental office if arriving between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Arrivals after 12:00 (Midnight) not permitted. Management reserves the right to assign a substitute unit if necessary. Any reservation changes must have office approval. No Pets Allowed
